Maria Marsala provides insightful one-on-one and group/team business coaching, education, and marketing skills development that leads to extraordinary business result$. You want an experienced peer to bounce ideas off of who will keep your situations 100% confidential. We are systematic and help you create simple, duplicatable systems to manage and market your business. Our goal is to give you the tools so that you don't need to work with us. Tools like filling a binder with one-sheets that contain your companies' business plan, marketing plan, ideal customer profile, elevator speeches and more. We offer lots of proven to work advice and brainstorming. We listen to what you're not saying. What we are not: therapists, lawyers, accountants, financial advisors, graphic designers, copywriters, or web designers. BUT we know a lot of those folks and as our customer, you'll have access to our Rolodex.

How
Begin by assessing your current situation, business expectations, and SWOT. Next we'll create develop or clarify the vision and mission statements. We'll continue to prioritize the objectives, strategies and develop an action plan. Using the objectives established in the plan we'll concentrate on building additional aspects of the company or division starting by leveraging the pieces of marketing already in place. Use our expertise to develop additional marketing opportunities.

Refund Policy
If for any reason our EduCoaching™ program is not to your satisfaction, I am happy to refund your investment minus value of the number of calls completed and the marketing materials/software you've received. For instance, if you sign up for a one year package and decide after two calls that you would like a refund, you will be refunded all but the cost of 2 sessions the package minus the cost of the CDs and software you received. You'll know exactly what all the costs are because they're outlined in the proposal we send you.
While I am confident that this EduCoaching™ program can offer you the support and advice you need to be more successful, there are no guarantees for a specific result or outcome.
