Work/Life Full-Fillment Starts With Letting Go to Grow

"Life happens when you're running a business!" -- Maria Marsala

A business plan helps guide a company. A life plan creates a roadmap to success. Most often business owners are willing to fix or grow their businesses when it seems like they've lost their lives or their passion for the business. They want to live that more full-filled life they dreamt of before they started working 80-hour weeks.

That's where my training as a life coach comes out to help you.

  • As we work on your business plan issues that also affect your life are bound to come to the forefront. Things like setting boundaries, getting paid what you're worth or family problems. Those things need clearing up or letting go so that they no longer effect your life.
  • The real benefit of life planning is to orient your life around what you most want in it. It's a process in which you look at every area of their life and sees what fits and if it is what you really want and need. They you set one to 10 year goals around the topics of financial independence, career direction, ultimate life accomplishments, family and community design, quality of life issues, and prioritization of all of the above. Most of my clients integrate all of these ideas in a Dream or Vision Board - a visual display of the person's life. Some prefer to create a more formal Life Plan.
