Strategic Planning, Exit or Succession Planning
Our strategic plan on a page sets the stage for a companies, department or profit centers future growth. It's also used to create a succession plan, plan for additional employees or turn employees who have been generalists into specialists. Your plan represents the goals and actions the company needs to take in one year, three/five/ten years, and at your exit. We work with clients at your local, via phone, webinar, or by email.
While we offer strategic analysis, planning, and advice we see tactical and operational execution as critical components in the success of every initiative and build them into an action plan from the beginning. We have an online performance management system that helps a company monitor the efforts of their staff - locally, internationally or virtually.
Elevating Your Business (EYB) helps companies create their strategic plan on a page and our involvement in your strategic planning process can be direct and indirect:
- Direct: EYB will work with you to create a plan for your company, help your senior executive team (or other staff) create leadership plans for their department or positions within the company. No team members yet? Let's create a description of each position and the goals you have for the position using our process on a page. We work with you 1:1 (teaching you how to do the process yourself or creating your plan as you answer our questions. We do it in a group setting or we customize a process that will work for the company in person, virtually (phone, Skype, webinar process) or at a retreat.
- Indirect: Once a plan is finished we meet with you (and your staff) regularly to review the execution of the plan to date and facilitate discussion of alternate options. Such third-party advice is useful as a business is growing.
