It costs too much money.
This is the number 1 concern from clients globally. So if this is your concern, the question I have for you is "what has it cost you to NOT get help"? I know you've been considering it for a while now. You know, after our clients complete their One Page Business Plan® that having that plan and watching it come to life, has been the highlight of their year! Sure they complain about having to do it, (even though they know they need it) but they'll tell us how much time having it has saved them, too. They tell us that they made more money in "x" months than they made the previous year. They tell us that they've stopped second guessing the decisions they have to make. Can you imagine saying those things? Most people do not think of strategic planning that way, until they get the plan done. Now, I cannot promise that you will make a certain amount of money, but I can promise you that if you do the work, and implement what you have learned, you should see a return on your investment that exceeds your monetary outlay.
I can't afford coaching.
My experience is that you can't afford to NOT hire the support you need. If you truly think you can't afford coaching, tell us what you can afford and then add a bit more to that amount (after all comfortable got you where you are right now and you want more). I do not have one minute of extra time to add any more work to my already full schedule.
Here is my guess. You are doing what I call "to doing" for the sake of being busy and are not focused on the key things that will bring you the most money or free time. One thing I can guarantee is that when you get focused on the key strategies that will bring you profits, you will have the time to do more than you thought was possible. How? We will provide you with tools to get focused. You will eliminate things that are not working. You will concentrate your time and efforts on those high pay-off activities that help you get the results you deserve. Have you hung around successful people? They have time to do the things they enjoy doing because they are focused on their life plan and business plan. They say "no" a lot, too. So if you want to have more time, you need to be focused, too.
I have already invested a lot of time in training and other coaching programs that didn't help me much.
Being a life-long learner myself, I understand your predicament because I have been there, too. Well, I am guessing that I have spent a few hundred thousand dollars on my "education" only to get minimal results even though I took a lot of action. What I found is that action is not enough. "To Doing" all the time with no plan, does not work. Not monitoring what I was doing, did not work. With a majority of our 1:1 or group coaching programs you will have two plans to use as your guide -- a life and business plan. You will also learn how to monitor your efforts and learn how to determine when it's time to adjust what you are doing or stop doing it all together. How? If I'm already successful, why should I want to work with you.
If you are here reading this, chances are deep down, that you want more than you have. You might be like "Mary" who wanted to double her already terrific revenues? Alternatively, " Theresa" wanted to set her business up so that she only worked 1 day a month, but her company had 16 million in sales. Barbara originally said she wanted to open one branch office, but after prodding her on her "big audacious goals" she admitted that she wanted at least 6 offices! On the other hand, maybe you want to make your business sellable in "x" years and get the most amount of money for your investment. Sorry, we're unable to help you. Our system, which starts with creating a life plan, is a proven system and we won't take on new clients who won't at least create their roadmap to success.
What is a professional service business?
A service business is a business, company or it could be an executive working as an agent of a company whose income is derived by the sale of knowledge, skills, experience, or information. Some service businesses also sell products. Service businesses range in size with zero to hundreds of thousands of employees.
They also go by other names such as "trusted advisors", "agents", "principals", "service professional" and "independent service professionals."

What's a B2B?
It's a business, company or an executive at a company whose income is derived primarily from working with other business owners and high level executives. Like a CPA who does Asset Management, or a Financial Planner whose main clients are business owners. Some B2Bs are also service professionals but it's not necessarily true. For example an executive who sells promotional items to business owners sells a product. So they are not a professional service business but are a B2Bs.

I don't live near you. How would I work with you?
Years of results have proven that meeting in person is not mandatory. I have years of experience working with clients I've only met when I drive across the county! I do meet with clients throughout the entire Puget Sound area and conduct one-day business building clinics, too. And I've had clients from Canada, Netherlands, New Zealand, and England.
Most often, my clients send me a photo, which makes our working together a bit more personal and I'm all for that. And you know what I look like from viewing the top of this website.
Additionally I am travel to clients locations by plane, car and train to conduct business plan classes, conduct retreats or conferences. And I conduct all sorts of training's via virtual workshops and webinars.
