Success is what you determine it is. As you're completing your intake form you'll notice that you're answering many personal and business questions about your short and long term goals. That's to help me learn what success means to you, because it's YOUR definition of success that important to the process! Planning is very important and measuring results matter. You'll have access to a variety of step-by-step planning and measuring tools. In fact, once you compete your intake form and we discuss it, the first goal we have together is to complete your business and marketing plan. That's how we'll establish your objectives and determine the criteria for tracking your progress. My Approach - Very New Yorkish - Like MEAlthough I didn't know it until I moved out of New York, I'm told that I fit the profile of a stereotypical New Yorker. I tell you the truth over being nice every day (no matter what). I love life in all it's diverseness and am carefully adventurous. I am opinionated and have an extreme number of solutions, resources and ideas for just about every problem imaginable. You won't find me quitting something anytime soon. And oh, when it come trusting, I'm not a quick truster. But when I do trust, I stick like glue and am very loyal. The work we'll do together will be a mix of difficult, awful, frustrating, exciting, wonderful, and lots of fun. Hey, change -- even good change -- isn't easy. If you want to start working together and don't intend on creating a business/marketing plan first, I can't work with you. If there are reasons why you can't schedule the time to do the work that's necessary, don't hire me. If you don't plan on making major and minor changes to your business, don't hire me. If you have a negative, I've done that before and it can't work, suffering, victim attitude, don't hire me. And if you need someone to hold your hand, let's find you someone else to work with. I'm bottom line, no BS, lets get going, life is short, here's the gentle kick in the ass you need, sort of person. And my clients tell me, often, that they wouldn't want me to be any other way!
