How We Work Together

Phase 1: Qualification Session (Complimentary)

Let's talk and determine if we're a good fit for each other and which of our programs will suit your goals. Complete our application form. We'll send you our Are You Coachable Index to complete and return to us 24 hours prior to your session. Bring your questions, concerns, and goals to the call. Maria is very serious about helping you grow in your business and we're real careful to distinguish between those who are serious about growing or expanding their business and those who aren't. While there is a really good chance that we'll work together, there is a chance that you won't make it past this free step. Those who don't go past this session aren't currently coachable, have unrealistic goals or expectations, our personalities are a mismatch, or they an inability to invest in their success. The thing is that when you're serious about growing your business you'll easily recoup our fees through increased business, peace of mind, higher fees, and a significant saving of time. Admission in our 1:1 programs is limited. When we don't have any openings, we'll put you on a waiting list and give you an idea of when we can start to work with you. Group programs are started each time we have 8 people on it's waiting list.

Phase 2: Scope Determination

We'll send you our Business Evaluator to diagnose every aspect of your practice or business. Then at this Educoaching session we'll determine the scope of our work together. We'll talk about your goals and I'll give you the next actions steps. I'll answer any additional questions you may have and we'll discuss what's next. Will we work together 1:1 or as part of a mastermind group? Will it be phone, Skype, in person? Will you pay by check, credit card, wire funds, etc.? And we'll determine what services, products, and tools will be most helpful to your business growth and life planning.

Phase 3: Supportive Investment

Within 2 days of the Scope Determination Call we'll send you a proposal outlining what we've discussed. We'll include everything in the proposal -- the structure of the sessions, and time frame for our work together, what you'll get from us, what we expect from you -- everything outlined for our approval. We'll also send you a signed confidentiality agreement that will protect your proprietary information.

Consistent reinforcement, accountability, and new level of discipline are important as you move towards higher levels of success. Your investment, including materials and program information, will be spelled out initially in a Proposal and finalized in our Customer Agreement along with other information.

Rates vary: Group sessions range from $400 to $700 a month. One-on-One session investments range from 7K to 24K per year. Our day rates are between $4,000-$10,000, and speaking engagements start at $7,500. Remember, inaction often is costing you much, much more. The investment you can make is the investment you make in yourself and your team. Planning and investing in your future is not only smart, they are one of the most impactful things you can do to assure your continued business and personal success.

Phase 4: Goal Setting

The fun starts! As we begin our work you'll complete an in-depth series of professional and personal assessments to gain a bird's eye view of where you are, and a long term look at where you want to be. During the first support session we will discuss the results along with your insights, and create an Action Plan for our next session. We'll add you to our automated system to receive a weekly "Success Tracker" and monthly Schedule Session Reminder. You'll also gain access to the customer Cafe and other systems as previously predetermined and outlined in the Customer Agreement.

Phase 5: Success Preparation

Next we'll address any crisis that is causing you financial risk, frustration, or pain. Then we'll take a look at any areas of your life that could use some assistance before getting and get back on track for business growth. You'll gain support in reaching your short and long term goals with a simple and effective planning process. We'll introduce you to the 12 Steps to Super Success program which starts by taking a closer look at your Ideal customer Profile, continues by creating a living, breathing 6 or 12-month strategic business plan, and then we'll assist and support you as you execute your plan.

Even good changes can lead to feelings of excitement, anxiety, and rebellion. Some situations may be easier for you to process than others. To prevent paralysis, we ask that you talk about and walk through anything you're experiencing at our sessions.

By the time a years is up, you'll have a binder full of materials that you'll want to include in your Annual Review.

Phase 6: Celebrate Closure

We encourage customers to acknowledge and celebrate reaching their goals along our journey together. Prior to the last session of our contract you'll complete a short Impact Form to review our work together, and how it has impacted your business and life.

We will also dedicate a session to Celebrate Closure. The time spent on closure varies; it could include a focused conversation, dinner, or retreat weekend, etc. At this session we'll have a conversation to celebrate your triumphs, review Lessons Learned, update your business plan, or look at your future.

Closure does not mean that we can't continue to work together. It simply affirms that we've completed the work "Determined" in Phase 2. We'll say goodbye to what was and hello to the next chapter -- and whatever new possibilities may be.
