Our clients can easily set priorities and catch mistakes faster because they're monitoring their efforts. We're very much into helping our clients find SIMPLE solutions to doing complicated and complex things. You'll become more efficient, effective, focused, and create systems that are easy to update.

You'll have access to a plethora of step-by-step planning and measuring support, tools, and software. In fact, once you compete your intake form and we discuss what's on it, the first goal is for you to complete either your life or business plan.
That's how we'll establish your objectives and then determine the criteria for tracking your progress.

Although I didn't know it until I moved out of New York, I'm told that I fit the profile of a stereotypical New Yorker.
You'll get the truth over me being nice every day (no matter what). You'll get a trusted advisor who loves life in all it's diverseness and am carefully adventurous. You'll get opinions and an extreme number of solutions, resources and ideas for just about every problem imaginable.
I'm bottom line, no bull-shit, lets get going, life is short, here's the gentle kick in the ass you need, sort of person.

It's about getting the golden ring
The work we'll do together will be a mix of difficult, awful, frustrating, exciting, wonderful, and lots of fun. Hey, change -- even good change -- isn't easy. If you want to start working together and don't intend on creating a business/marketing plan first, I can't work with you. And while my clients tell me often that I'm generous and understanding; however, if you know that you need to hire a coach who can hold your hand 24/7 - 360 days a year, please go elsewhere.

Different clients need different things. Although we have a variety of service modules (see services pages) and address a wide variety of issues at different price point, we approach each project listening to the clients and designing the project
to produce long-lasting results for your company with the least amount struggle.

My client have a private email and private phone number directly to me. They know when I'll be away from the office and for how long so they can contact me when its important to do so. They do not go through my assistant -- even when I'm traveling. Most of my clients prefer scheduling their own phone sessions online using my system; the rest I do so when we have our last session of the month.

I've been deeply entrenched somehow in business for more than 35 years; owning 3 businesses since I'm 14 along with a career on Wall Street and then non-profit management. I've run departments that were larger than most of my client's businesses, with accountability of billions of dollars. I persevered and opened my first consulting business, working with Wall Street companies, just 3 months after a terrible market crash of 1987. I have real life experience being employed in very small to gigantic companies with experience in finance, marketing, technology, operations, administration, purchasing, accounting, customer relations, team building and sales growth. The strategies my clients create usually, somehow, involve websites, web marketing, social networking, and the other ways to market online. So having help from someone who has been using a computer since the late 1970's and created the CoachMaria website 1998 is a good thing! You'll get the experience of a life long learner having spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to attend retreats, conferences, seminars, read books, listen to audios -- all in order to do my life, career and now business better. I've attended mediation training certification, teleclass training certification, graduated from Coach U - the first coaching school back in April 2000, am a founding member of Coachville (another coaching school), became certified in the One Page Business Plan® program in 2003 and continue my learning, too.

Forget about getting a dust collecting long reports from us that outlines problems you know you have. We just don't do that sort of thing. We believe in simplicity, fill-in-the-blanks templates, systematizing, and fixing things that aren't working from the ground floor up.
Variety counts
While our clients who reap the most benefit do so by making a commitment to a one year process, we offer a variety of programs from one session to one year long. Many of our programs include "urgent calls"when you need them. There is no reason to stay stuck and every reason to get results.

We're more than a business coach. We partner with you and are driven to help you focus on the results that you tell us you want to achieve. And if we don't do it, we have a team of experts in their fields available to assist you.

We have high standards and so do our clients. We expect you to keep appointments, do the homework you agree to do, and keep agreements we've made on an ongoing basis. We do not take on every client who contacts us and we have had to fire clients because we couldn't keep taking their money when they weren't doing the work they know will help them grow their business.

All you need is broadband Internet access and we're on our way. We communicate in ways they want and we offer them a variety of options. Like email, phone, Skype, video conferencing, and conference calls. We've traveled in the USA and Canada to work with clients in their offices (or at retreats) and we've had clients travel to spend time with us, too. However you want to communicate with us; we're sure to offer it!
