Whom we don't work with...
We're very selective about who we work with and turn away people who aren't suited or ready for our confidence- and business-building programs. Our programs are NOT for those who blame everyone else for their shit, complain about their circumstances, come to the calls with excuses, or who lack the commitment to take action. Blah, Blah, Blah…
My experience says that these people are too distracted by other issues -- personal or business -- or too involved in the drama of life to be coached. We stop working with such people -- even if they want to pay us -- because they are not ready to trust our recommendations, don't fully show up, and do not complete the work required to get the results they want. If you are currently in this category, it is absolutely essential that you seek other kinds of help.
Coaching? Maybe Not ...
Our clients find us because they're looking for a business coach, but that's not what they need.
A coach helps you find your own answers and is a great profession; however, our clients want and need more.
What they want are answers, resources, an extra eye to look at something they're working on, an extra ear to help them hear what they want or brainstorm with them.
They want different solutions to their problems and challenges than whatever they've thought of themselves.
They want someone to "practice" new skills with, or interview them for the media before they're really interviewed!
At times they want a critique or often someone to play the devil's advocate, too.
Most importantly, they want solutions quicker and to grow faster, to earn more, and work fewer hours.
And that's why what they need is a consultant, mentor, advisor, and trainer -- who happens to also have life coaching training!
Clients are likely to be successful working with us if...
Our clients have these traits in common:
- They are high-achieving go-getters.
- They want results faster and are willing to do whatever it takes to reach their goals.
- Past successes are great, but more importantly is attitude and willingness to be coached.
- Have successfully grown a business; however, obstacles -- known or unknown -- are impairing it's future growth.
