Coaching? Maybe That's Not What You Need...

Our clients find us because they're looking for a business coach, but truth be told; and they'll admit it, too - that's not what they need. A coach helps you find your own answers, is a great profession, heck Maria's a trained coach; however, our clients want and need more.

What they want is something we call EduCoaching™ - answers, resources, an extra eye to look at something they're working on, an extra ear to help them hear what they want or brainstorm with them and to build extra skills which takes some educating. They need different solutions to their problems and challenges - to get to the bottom of things instead of using duct tape to put things together - for a while.
