As Your Coach, Consultant, Facilitator and Support
- I have accurately identified my qualifications, expertise, experience, and certifications.
- I recognize that my clients provide me with their confidential and propitiatory information and will not use this information in any manner.
- I maintain, store, and dispose of any records created during my business in a manner that promotes confidentiality, security, and privacy, and complies with any applicable laws and agreements.
- I avoid conflicts of interest and will remove myself when such a conflict arises.
- I not give prospects or clients advice I know or believe to be misleading or false.
- I have clear contracts with my clients and honor them to the full extent of the law.
- I respect the client's right to terminate the process, subject to the provisions of the contract.
- I will be on be alert to indications that the client is no longer benefiting from our coaching relationship.
- I encourage the client to make a change in monthly plan if they would be better served by a different plan.
- I encourage my clients to seek the services of other professionals when deemed necessary or appropriate.
