Heck, we've been working with business owners who achieve amazing results; however, we want you (and your team) to feel 100%, absolutely certain about working with us.
So, to remove any sense of risk, we offer you the following simple risk-free guarantee:
If at any time during the year we work together, you decide to discontinue the 12-month program you started, do so and we will release you from any
further financial obligation BUT you must give us 30-days phone notice and do a closing session, too. Yes, I will not hold you legally obligated to pay the additional monies from your 12-month agreement.
Amazing guarantee, we know. And we have the confidence that you too will produce the great results you're looking for in your business (or department).
Yearly and Monthly Services
Prices on yearly and monthly programs are guaranteed for 12-months in a row. Otherwise payment is made at prevailing rates.
Cancellation of Scheduled Sessions
We are very flexible and generous when provided with the opportunity to do so. However over time, because we are running a business, we've had to institute a cancellation policy as described below:
- I respectfully request a 48-hour cancellation notice for services via email or phone. I reserve your time for you.
- Cancellations made within 1-47 hours notice must be made via phone. Use the cell phone any time of the day or night if necessary to alert me of canceled calls AOK.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of a session or missed appointments are charged in full. The exception is emergencies which I consider visits to a hospital or death in the immediate family, both of which I'll do my best to reschedule.
- If you will be delayed for an appointment, call. I do my best to schedule clients with enough buffer time on either side of an appointment, but in some situations, a delayed start time means our session will have to be cut short.
- If in the rare case I change an appointment, I will always reschedule it and make sure you have all the calls you paid for.
All Products: Digital Media and Printed Materials
No refunds on hourly or monthly services. Remember, it's your responsibility to show up, utilize your sessions to the fullest, and take action on the work we do together.
Downloadable products cannot be returned once you have downloaded them we have no way to completely recover them. Physical products will be replaced if defective or broken upon arrival. You must contact us for a replacement immediately after receiving the product.
Speaking Refund Policy
Any type of speaking agreement fee is non-cancelable. We maybe able to have them postponed, delayed, or rescheduled without penalty and without time limit.
However, the payments are due as specified, regardless of other issues.
All event dates are subject to change due to logistical factors and attendance rates.
Due to the costs of creating an event, such as administrative costs, salaries, coordination activities, materials printed, materials acquisitions, event contracts and all other business expenses incurred for events, all event registration fees are non-refundable.
Substitutions
Substitutions of attendees may be made by contacting Elevating Your Business.
There will not be any transfer fees WHEN monies and materials are exchanged between the original payee and the new registrant.
However, when Elevating Your Business has to get involved in money or materials transactions, a $100 fee will be involved.
Failure to Attend Live Events
Failure to attend a registered event will result in the forfeiture of payments collected toward the event registration.
Failure to Attend TeleSeminars
Failure to attend a registered event will result in the forfeiture of payments collected.
However, you may take another class if and when other paid attendees for that class, take the class.
Failure to Hold Speaking Engagement
Our entire speaking fee is due up front, to hold the event date on our calendar and is non-cancelable.
When an event is canceled and with 30-days notice they maybe postponed, delayed, and rescheduled without time limit.
Payment Plans
By participating in any delayed or partial payment plan, you agree to pay your balance in full according to the terms outlined on the Event Registration form, including a processing fee for each delayed payment.
Failure to complete payment as agreed will cause the event or package prices to revert to regular retail prices.
Any litigation necessary to get payment will be conducted through the Washington State Court System.
Event Accommodations
Event pricing includes event tuition only, unless otherwise written on the Elevating Your Business Event Registration Form.
Travel and accommodation costs are not included in the event price; however, we can recommend a travel agency to help you with such details.

Payment Options
We provide two payment options.
- Online: Paypal and 2checkout. The payment forms are through secure servers to protect your confidential information.
Through these services we can accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, and online checks from many countries.
- Off-line: Checks or money orders sent to our address. We only accept US Funds and you may send us money orders or checks via mail, directly to our office.
