My Guarantee & Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY: If for any reason our EduCoaching™ program is not to your satisfaction, I am happy to refund your investment minus the number of calls completed minus the marketing materials/software you've received. For instance, if you sign up for a one year package and decide after two calls that you would like a refund, you will be refunded you all but the cost of 2 sessions the package minus the cost of the CDs and software you received.

While I am confident that this EduCoaching™ program can offer you the support and advice you need to be more successful, there are no guarantees for a specific result or outcome.

You are ultimately responsible for your own success.

Payments specifically made for a workshops or teleclasses of any type are refundable given one week advance notice, minus any software, CDs or other materials. They are transferable with 48 hour advanced notice.

Products that were mailed or downloaded are not refundable

Subscription fees, coaching, classes, etc. may be deductible as a business expense. Check with your tax advisor or accountant for advice on this issue.
