One-Shot: This is a one-shot, one-hour jam-packed call. We'll send you a few assessments to complete prior to the call. Bring a list of the most important issues you want to work on. Get the answers you need, brainstorm, or receive skills development. Includes 7-days of unlimited email support.
Flexibility: This unstructured program provides unlimited email access PLUS a 1 hour session a month with Maria. Excellent on it's own or added to an Empire Builder or Strategic Plan on Steroids program for continued execution accountability and support.
Accountability
Structured: This highly structured program provides extra accountability PLUS 2 or 3 hours a month of 1:1 coaching with Maria. Includes creation of a strategic plan with completion dates in an Action Plan. We have a formal schedule of session to discuss obstacles, wins, brainstorm, get some specialized training, or request resources. Great for those who have a tendency to jump from task to task or who require results more quickly. Includes Done For/With You strategic business plan program.
Intensive Mastery
Platinum VIP Intensive: This program includes 12-hours, over 2-3 days to update your vision, mission. Then create 12-months worth of goals, strategies and an action plan. We'll also work on any issues that develop as we work on your strategic plan or that are on the list you bring to the sessions. Aftercare includes the Silver program or for an additional fee, the Gold Program.
