The Step It Up Intensive is designed to help you determine the best way to increase growth and profitability. You leave with an Action Plan ready to execute.
What we'll tackle during the day will be determined by you. It will be a combination of what you know needs some attention, what comes to light at your (phone) strategy session, and what issues come to light when we meet. Topics could include business development, marketing strategies, creating a vision board, designing a marketing calendar, evaluating your website/marketing materials, social networking, team building, HR, automating processes, etc.
Some clients prefer to spend the day reevaluating their ideal client profile and then creating a One Page Business Plan. And some clients have a BIG project on the horizon and we spend time mapping it out.
Your Business Retreat Day includes..
PRIOR TO:
- The Empire Builder Toolkit so you can be your day is focused on exactly what will move you forward.
- A 90 minute strategizing session, at least 5 days before your retreat. We'll get you primed and ready for your business retreat.
RETREAT DAY
- Your in person business building day (6-7 hours) in or near Seattle or Poulsbo, WA, near Maria's home.
- Breakfast and lunch paid for!
AFTER-CARE
- Weekly Success Tracker for four-weeks.
- Two 60 minute coaching sessions to help you stay on track, talk about new challenges, or brainstorm.
Your investment in your Step It Up Intensive is $5,250 or two payments of $2,885. The second payment must be made at least 7 days prior to your private retreat.

Retreat Lodging
Make your reservation for lodging (not included in the coaching fee). We can stay at the Cedarbrook Lodge near Sea-Tac Airport, Alderbrook Resort and Spa outside Union, WA or Clearwater Casino in Poulsbo, where I live. There are also a number of Bed and Breakfasts in the area.
Poulsbo location: If you choose to stay in the Poulsbo location, and would like to visit the Olympic Rain Forest, we can spend a leisurely day together after the retreat. OR if you'd like to visit Seattle, the Casino Hotel has a van to take you to the Ferry you take to visit Seattle.
