Are you part of the segment of the population that loves to be involved in the creation of new stuff? Out of the box stuff? Or just stuff? Would you find it fun and intellectually stimulating to be involved in the development of cleaver and powerful business programs, eWorkbooks and who knows what?!? First of all, just in case you're not from Corporate America, R and D is the acronym for Research and Development. Usually companies have departments who do this full time. So why not me? or YOU?

The R and D team I'm building would consist of my eNewsletter subscribers or my friends and colleagues who are primarily in the growth stage of their business (not the start up phase).

Why I need you...

I don't know everything -- Really!

Let it be known, most of the articles/ebook's you've read, and forms you've used come from some of the biggest mistakes I've made, questions clients have asked me or things I needed to grow my business and just couldn't find. So I've reached out to others to help me create cool stuff for my clients to use instead of thinking I had all of the answers. Several programs I've developed with the direct input and support of other students/clients/coaches are:

That's not a bad start, but I've got nearly 100 more ideas for programs, articles, ebook's and over the next several years, I want to develop these. Many (although not all) will start out being freely available to the public, too.

I cannot do this myself

I need input, advice, improvement, correction, alternative viewing angles, honest feedback, and encouragement. I need a full fledged R&D team!. I need you in order to make these new programs as powerful as possible upon their release. Will you join my team?

How it works...

Join Maria's R&D Team and receive emails from me on the interesting projects I'm creating. I'll send you emails sharing an idea and asking for your opinion. Or I'll be sending you a draft of a new program, article, checklist --or whatever -- and ask for ideas to improve it. Or, maybe I'll ask you to take a survey. You can reply to all of the emails or just a couple of them. (But you gotta be active and reply to some of them during the year. Lurkers are removed from the eNewsletter every six months.)

What's in it for you...

First off, let me say that there is no money for you as an R&D Team member. However, if you've benefited from my newsletter or program, you know that you'll benefit significantly by being part of my team. Below are some of the things that our team members have received over the years:

Early announcements and invitations to participate in virtual seminars and free, R&D Team-only TeleSeminars that I'll be conducting.
Early web-access to many of the programs, check lists, models, etc., that I end up using. Or you'll have access to them for a limited time at no cost.
A chance to be intellectually and creatively stimulated, given the cool stuff we'll be working on. There aren't that many places where individuals can go to be on the leading edge of new things.
Private Invitations at attend a discussion important coaching issues and problems, and use our collective intelligence to craft solutions to these problems. A bit like a Think Tank - I call these Brain Aerobic Sessions.
There are other benefits as well, such as networking with other bright business owners, and the personal satisfaction that you are contributing to the advancement of businesses globally. Plus, this type of collaboration and community is a blast.
