Confidentiality
Elevating Your Business and their sub-contractors/consultants, recognize that working with you is done on a confidential basis. It is our solemn pledge that no one will learn about your work with our company without your written pre-approval. (However, you can tell anyone about your results or that you and I are working together.)
E-mail Policy
We respect the time and privacy of our subscribers and thank you for the honor for providing us with permission to e-mail you. We will not give or sell your email address. The only exception to this is if we sell our business. In that case, you will be given at least two weeks notice and we will assist you in whatever choice you make, including deleting all your information from our data base(s) before the sale.
If you received an email from us, it's because you have:
- Subscribed to one of our newsletters or discussion lists.
- Requested a copy of one or more of our articles via auto-responder.
- Purchased a program from us.
- Asked us to contact you via our contact or consultation form.
- Requested a consultation or are already a client.
Web Site
We collect and review non-personal information about our visitors. We do not capture your name or any personal information from you. The information helps us to improve our Web site's content and is also used as part of our marketing plan. Our statistics capture:
- The type of Web browser you use (AOL, Netscape, IE, other).
- How you found our Web site (a link from a specific article, Google/Yahoo search engine, etc.).
- How many pages each visitor views.
- Which pages you visited, including pages that no longer exist.
Information Sharing
We will not share personal information about you with anyone, unless you provide us with permission via email or unless ordered by a court of law. As a rule, we request the minimum information necessary in a given situation. The information you provide us may be made available to a consultant who is working for us. We have a confidentiality agreement, verbal or in writing, with all of our consultants.
Newsletters (ezine) Policy
Our newsletters are "by subscription only" and are "double opt-in." This means that after you subscribe, you are sent an email asking you to confirm your subscription. We want to make sure that it's really you who wants our ezines. We place directions for leaving our ezine in two places:
- At the bottom of all our messages. If you'd like to leave, follow the directions.
- In our welcome note.
- And if you hit reply and ask us to remove you, we will do that, too.
Report Abuse
If you feel that you received an email from us that you did not request, forward us the e-mail, with pertinent headers, to us. We will do everything humanly imaginable to locate the person or group that forged our email address.
