13 Ways to Create a Vision for Your Business and Life

There are many ways to create a vision statement for your life and business. Below are just a few more methods to keep your vision at the forefront of your life.

Your vision is not made of stone.  Please don’t hold on to a vision that is no longer serving you.  Visions change – a little or a lot – as we learn and grow.

1. Meditate.
2. Pray.
3. Create a Yearly Theme.
4. Design a Vision Board (or many separate vision boards).
5. Create a Business Vision Statement using one of my templates.
6. Create a vivid vision – answer the question: What would a perfect day (or life) look like? (Jack Canfield)
7. Journal your thoughts as they arise and look for themes, commonalities, and patterns to emerge.
8. Go to a new environment and get a bird’s eye view of your business and/or life to see what you like or don’t like about how you’re living or what you’re doing.
9. Stay focused on the present and see what tomorrow brings.
10. Imagine what it is that you could NEVER give up and then go do it.
11. Draw your vision.
12. Repeat a mantra that strongly reflects your vision and keeps you focused on attaining the end goal.
13. Create a “sign” with your vision and post it in your home and business.
