I specialize in working with financial or finance advisors, consultants, other business owners and executives who make their living by offering their services and expertise. Within these ranks I’m drawn to the challenges of those who employ a team of 20 or fewer advisors, consultants, contractors and/or employees. This is because it mirrors the plan for this company, which I founded in 1998, Elevating Your Business.

The advisors and consultants I work with have a particular expertise and passion that they are leveraging. While it’s great to have this expertise however, if no one is willing to pay you for your advice, it becomes a moot point. Creating a marketing system to generate consistent streams of new clients and keep the ones you have remains a top priority.

The marketing system you need depends upon the vision you have for your company. Modest income translates into modest marketing, low overhead, limited expenses and revenues under $100,000. Others (myself included) desire a greater impact on the world. Our vision includes a large audience, professionally created marketing, overhead and expenses that increases yearly. Oh, and to be rich and famous in the process of course!

I’ve offered one-on-one coaching since 1998 and my distinctive program may or may not be appropriate for you. The program runs on the high end because I’m only interested in working 1:1 with high-achieving people with a drive to match. That’s why I’ve created may Coachability Index, which I give to prospects prior to talking to them.

My goal and passion as I start 2011, is to work only with clients who have a strong burning desire to grow their business or share their expertise with large audiences. I call these folks "Empire Builders" who understand that serious investment translates into serious action, which gets serious results.
