Ok. We all know how planning is helpful to the growth of businesses. So let’s put all the excuses on the table. Let me know if I missed any excuse you’ve told yourself! Plans are ONLY for companies that need financing. My plan is going to change My business is too small. I don’t want to create a monster business. I don’t have time to create a 50-page plan.
