So, what’s your number? Are You Under 1 Million?
Today I received a Thank You email today from Reid Hoffman, Co-founder and Chairman of LinkedIn. You may have received the same email.
It seems that I was one of the first million LinkedIn members, actually I was one of the first 1/2 million members. I’m number 399261 out of 100 million members. Not surprising since I’ve been online since 1992 and purchased my first computer in 1981!
It’s been interesting being an early adopter of LinkedIn and watching it grow from a niched recruitment site to what you see today — a networking site.
So what’s your number? What changes have you watched happen and enjoyed or wished it didn’t happen?
P.S.: Your member number is the number embedded in your LinkedIn profile URL (after “id=”)
