Over the last three years, government agencies and businesses have been tightening their belts; the trend is to hold more meetings, classes, and conferences via teleseminar or webinar format. This is important information for those of us who speak, teach, or facilitate meetings for a living. If an organization isn't ready to hire you to speak at their location, possibly the teleconference or webinar format will work for them and you. This week, I was asked by MicholAnn from the city of Pullman, Washington if they could use the article you're receiving in their newsletter. MicholAnn has used my articles before and when I asked her, "Why this article?", she said that their employees are being

I'm working on a few important goals and could use your help. First, I would like to connect with more CEOs and executives who are aspiring to grow their business more quickly. Specifically folks who work in financial services (think financial advisors, accountants, CPAs) as well as other professionals who sell services. Without getting technical,  what's happened is that you've stimulated a part of your brain that notices such things. The same thing happens in business. Once you create your ideal client profile; listing the exact person you want to work with -- you'll notice them around you in droves. I've seen the same thing happen within days of creating an ideal employee profile, ideal partner profile, ideal boss profile, ideal office, and so much more. Try it! If you don't know where to start, go here http://www.CorporateSecretsMarketing.com/eyb/tele/idealclient.html P.S.: Technically it's

If you have a business where you have determined the price your product, service, or send out proposals, it’s more than possible that you’re “leaking” profits. I hear about it all the time. Proposals aren’t written according to what “could” happen. It’s determined that the costs associated with a product or service is higher than what was originally thought. It could be as simple as it’s taking more time to do a part of the project or the client has asked you for more than they’re paying for. Or I’ve had situations where the person didn’t get that I worked “via phone” and insisted on meeting me in person, which cost me 2 hours of my

First: Ask yourself what is your intention? Intention 1: If it is to just promote your company’s products, classes, etc. then one by one go to each group, click on the PROMOTION TAB and look across the line you see those words. See what that groups RULES are. Many groups allow promotions if they’re put under the Promotions TAB and some don’t allow even that much. Intention 2: To gently promote your company or services by providing others with an “added value” article or tip “strutting your stuff” to allow you to start building relationships with strangers on the list. You are going to promote having a discussion and want comments about the content of the
