Coach is compensated by actual results!

The world I grew up in, Wall Street, compensated me for my 16 hour days with a salary plus incentives. At the end of the firms fiscal year, I was called into the office and asked what I thought I should get for the year’s profit.   My boss had other ideas and I would find out what those ideas were at bonus time.  My overall salary for the year was based on my performance for the year plus a few other things — all based on results. I LOVED that pay system.

Today, I’m offering a total of 10 new clients a year of EduCoaching(TM) where you’ll compensate me largely for the results you see in your improved sales.  Called the VIP Elite Partnership Program, my compensation is closely tied to the actual results you produce by having me as your trusted advisor.

Yes, you do pay me monthly. The amount is 1/3 of the fee that my full-pay clients invest. Then you give me compensation based on your increased income up to my full fee for the program you’re in. Then because I invested in you, I get a smaller percentage of additional income up to  6 months after we stop working together.
