While everyone is looking at the “too big to fail” in the financial industries, no one seems to be home watching the food industry.

Until I watched this movie on PBS, I had no idea at how few farms (think picket fences, red barns, etc) were left in this country. I also couldn’t figure out how come tomatoes I purchase from the store just all seem to taste the same (like cardboard).
