Internet stopped working?
I wish I can tell you why it’s happened, but I can’t. I can guess — Tuesday is Microsoft Update day. Possibly an update was corupted. Maybe not. What I can provide you with one fix (the one I used) and a suggestion.
If you are using Norton as your anti-virus protection:
Go to Norton
Go to PC Security Protection (hover your mouse over it) Then click on Run Live Update. It takes a while to run.
Open your Internet Explorer.
Worked like a charm, which is why I’m online sending you this message.
If you don’t have Comcast and Norton — call the company who provides your Internet access as I’m sure they’ll walk you through the fix.
Just thought that I’d send you what took me hours to learn!
