Some Differences Between Strategic, Tactical & Operation Planning and Execution

Here is how I define strategic, tactical, and operational planning and execution.

Strategic helps you create the critical short — and long-term goals that help you move ahead faster.

Tactical helps you implement your strategies and make sure that all the pieces of your business are in alignment.

Operational helps you systematize routine tasks first, then create systems for as many administration/operations/marketing processes as possible ALWAYS keeping your clients and employees in the forefront of every process as to not over systematize things.
